Welcome to Star Kids Coaching

Sports Stars has been developed as part of Star Kids Coaching in order to provide children with multi sports and specific sports coaching that will allow all to improve no matter what their ability. Children are welcome for either a single day or all week. The main day will run from 9.30am – 4.45pm with extended day options of 8.30am – 5.30pm. The day will be structured to provide children in years 1-4 with a basic grounding in a range of sports. Children in years 5-8 can choose whether they enjoy a range of sports or would like to combine the multi sport option with specific coaching in one sport. Sports Stars is for all children no matter what their ability, come along for fun or in order to prepare for the season ahead! Each child can be certain to develop their skills, whether they’ve never participated before or are a budding champion!

Location

Sports Stars is based at Oakwood School, just off the B2178 between Chichester and Funtington. The school is set in “160 acres of glorious park and woodland” with superb facilities to ensure plenty of fun can be had by all. Sports Stars has an excellent location base for children from Chichester, Funtington, Bosham, Midhurst and the surrounding areas.

Safety

Ensuring all children are safe is of paramount importance to Star Kids Coaching. Consequently all staff will have a CRB check and supervision levels will be high. Every session will be run by qualified/suitably experienced staff. All children will have a briefing on safety basics with information on boundaries, fire drills and swimming rules. Parents/Guardians will be required to sign in and out their child(ren) each day/session, and notification of any changes to plans is required. A fully qualified first aider will always be on site to ensure that any accidents can be treated straight away; with parents being notified as soon as possible if any further action is required.
